Roast breast of chicken on a leek, pea and parmesan risotto.

Grilled fillet of salmon, herb crust, prawn and tomato hollandaise.

Tartlet of ratatouille, grilled goats cheese, roast cherry tomatoes.

All main courses served with minted new potatoes, baby carrots and sugar snaps.
